Deep Trouble

Book Review:       This week I read Deep Trouble. First I thought this story is about flood, but it’s not. Amy and Matt rode a ship because they want to play. However it was drug trafficker’s boat. Lastly thanks to their friends they could escape there. Now I wrote down three quotes and will discuss them. The first one is: But before Matt could stop it, a man’s voice came out of the night.(p.8) When I read this first I was surprised. So I like this expression. Second one is: There are some packages down there - twenty of them.(p.15) Packages means drugs. I thought without the word showing a meaning is interesting. I want to use the expression someday. The last one is: ‘I’m going to study. We have an exam tomorrow, remember?’(p.37) It was Matt’s words. He was said it by his friends before. But through a dangerous journey he thought boring is good.                 I want to recommend this book. There are two reasons. First, there are many interesting expressions. I

The second is: “ Roger Nowell looked at me with his warm brown eyes. ” He helped Device from bad house. And gradually she became happy. The last is: “ I can never be free of them. ” Them means her family. After Roger Nowell died, she was locked in prison nevertheless she is not a witch. I was sad when I read the last. But on the whole this book was interesting for me.         I want to recommend this book. There are two reasons. First, this story is real and interesting to read. Sara Says No!

Book Review:     Sara Says No! b y Norman Whitney (2008) This week I read Sara Says No! This book is a fantasy story. I liked this story among I read this week, because there are many colorful pictures, and easy to read. I wrote down three quotes and will discuss them. The first one is: “You must sell the correct weight.”(p. 7) This phrase was told by Sara, and this part implies Sara is honest girl and her father isn’t. I thought Sara is kind. Second one is: “What is happening?”(p. 15) I like this phrase, because Sara’s father upsets. Sara wishes miracle, so next day when her father touch fruits, it goes bad. Therefore everyone buy fruits from Sara. The last one is: He is very happy!(p. 16) Sara’s father was taken his work from Sara. So he stays at home, and cleans the house. I thought it’s bad for him, but he looks like fun. I didn’t like Sara’s father. However I was grad the ending. Maybe I wanted to everyone happy and peaceful.

It was true, but I was surprised when I read one phrase. ‘No, Mr Holmes. My wife found this in the bird!’ Actually the blue diamond was found from a stomach of a goose. Holmes was surprised, too. The diamond was small, but it was too expensive. Holmes and his friend Watson started to thinking about criminal who stole the diamond and why he put in it at stomach of the bird. ‘Ah, yes. But those geese weren’t our geese. They came from a man with a little shop in Covent Garden. Breckinridge is his name.’ Holmes and Watson went to a shop which sells geese. But the owner said “I bought geese from Covent Garden.” So they went to there but Covent Garden’s owner said “I bought geese from Mrs O.” They thought to solve this mystery is difficult. Suddenly a man came to Covent Garden, actually he is a thief. His name is Ryder. ‘A
