Book Review:       Last week I read Go, Lovely Rose . This book has some short stories. I have thought it’s love story before reading this, but it included not only love but also strange stories. Especially the last story is so strange and frightening, but it was interesting for me. I’ll write about the story’s three quotes and explain.      The first one is: Her mouth smiled but her eyes were still cold and unfriendly. I chose this one, because I thought I want to know about her and the eyes. Does she have bad memories? Doesn’t she like talking? The second one is: ‘Then let me kiss you.’ I was surprised, when I read this one, because they are not couples. Moreover they just met the day. I couldn’t understand the thinking even if he thought she is so beautiful and attractive. The last one is: There was only the grey wall of the dam and the thunder of the falling water. Book Review:       Today I read THE RAILWAY CHILDREN . This book was published by Oxford and the level is 3. I often read level 2 of the series, so I have thought level 3 is difficult and long. However the story was interesting and I could read it smoothly.       I will write my favorite sentences. The first one is: But Bobbie did not move from the line. This sentence shows Bobbie waved her flags from the line to stop the train. I thought it’s so dangerous, but she did and it looked brave. However I thought if I did the same thing, I would be scolded. Of course it’s just a book so I thought it was good act. Next is: Then he called them across and gave each of them a beautiful gold watch.  After the waving children are given the watch. They looked happy. Through this part, I thought acting for someone is so important. The last one is: ‘Oh! my Daddy, my Daddy!’ When I read this sentence, I was surprised and became so happy because I wanted the children to meet their father again. I

Book Review:       This week I read Red Dog . When I choose this book, I have thought this is happy and cute story. Of course the red dog was cute, but at last he died and it made me sad and I was about to cry. Now I’ll write about the story and the dog from three quotes.       The first one is: He was too young, much too young, to die so suddenly. This phrase means a boy who is owner of the dog was died. Since the day the dog have started to look for him and it looked poor. The second one is: One thing was a rule which said NO DOGS, and the other thing was a caretaker who liked rules, and who did not like dogs. I thought I can’t understand about the rule, because I love dogs. Moreover the caretaker likes cats, so he allowed cats. I think it’s not fair. Actually latter of this book, a incident was happen. The last one is: And perhaps in that last sleep, after years of looking, he found John again. The man I wrote at the first phrase is John. This phrase shows the scene of the dog’
