Shirley Homes and the Cyber Thief

 Book Review:

     Today I read Shirley Homes and the Cyber Thief. I have read Shirley Homes' series before, and I like it so I chose this book. Shirley Homes is a private investigator. She is so cool, clever and interesting lady for me.

     On Friday evening a phone rang. It was from a new client. The client wanted Shirley's help because he had a problem about his business. Every time he did a quotation for a new job, but he didn't get it. 'In six months, not one new contact,' he said. 'Not one! My quotations are good. My designs are good. I'm not expensive, my prices are  good, I have good workers. Six months ago, I had lots of new business, everything was fine. And now, nothing. Why?' Shirley thought there is a cyber thief in his office and she went to there as a journalist.

     Shirley was careful, so everyone in the office trusted her. In there there are three workers Harry, Ken and Anna. I thought everyone looked friendly and don't seem do like hack. However Shirley was correct. There is a cyber thief in there. Firstly I thought Ken is strange because his shoes was Gucci and his father's car was a Porsche. Shirley was also surprised about the expensive things, but he wasn't a cyber thief. 

    When I knew the person that is a cyber thief, I was surprised and shocked. Who is the thief.. can you guess? Harry, Anna or someone else?

     If you know the mystery I recommend to read this book. If you finished reading this one, let's talk with me because I want to share my feelings or thinking. I love mystery and Shirley Homes, I want to be like her. How about you?

GOODBYE MR HOLLYWOOD

 Book Review:      Today I read GOODBYE MR HOLLYWOOD . Firstly I had thought this book is mystery. However it's not mystery story like Holmes but it contained accidents or questions.        There was a man who is Nick. He is a travel writer and have come Whistler, in Canada for his working. At a cafe in the village he met a pretty lady. He is called Mr. Hollywood from her because Nick likes movies. It's not strange thing but actually the name was beginning of all incidents.       Nick didn't know about the lady, but felt exciting because she was beautiful. After she left the cafe, he finished drinking his coffee and left there. However from the day he was chased from someone. Moreover when Nick was walking in the forest someone tried to kill him with a gun. Nick went to a police, but the officer didn't help him so much. I thought the officer isn't kind and not suit for police men.      To be safe he met the lady again because he has thought she knows something about

'Who, Sir? Me, Sir?'

 Book Review:      Today I finished reading a book of 'Who, Sir? Me, Sir?' This was little long and high level for me, so there are some points that I couldn't understand. However the story was interesting.     There was a teacher who wants his class to have ambition, and to do great things in life. Therefore he enters them for a sporting competition against the rich students of Greycoats School. The team that he has chosen for the competition think the teacher has gone crazy. 'Who, Sir? Me, Sir?' says little boy who is called Hoomey, his eyes round with horror. 'We'll never beat Greycoats,'  the others cry. 'Never in a million years!'      However you don't know what you can do until you try...      If you know the result of the competition, I recommend to read this book.
